Ideal candidates bring 8–12 years in enterprise strategy, product management, and innovation, with a strong track record in driving adoption and stakeholder alignment across complex organisations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• Postgraduate qualifications in product management or agile methods are advantageous.
• Experience leading enterprise strategy, product management or business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise product strategy and roadmaps aligned to priorities.
• Coordinate enterprise portfolios to enhance reuse and reduce duplication.
• Prepare strategic papers, business cases and executive reporting.
• Coordinate AI opportunities to improve productivity and service delivery.
• Strengthen enterprise AI governance and reusable capabilities.
• Translate business priorities into scalable products and capabilities.
• Bridge strategy with technology delivery to enable transformation.
• Lead a portfolio of strategic products within Curriculum & Child Support.
• Develop partnerships with government, education institutes and tech partners.
