Job summary

NTUC FIRST CAMPUS LIMITED in Singapore is building an Enterprise Product, Innovation & AI function to strengthen capability and enable responsible AI adoption across NFC. Reporting to the Head, AI & Innovation, you'll coordinate product management, governance and capability-building activities across the organisation.

You will support strategic products within Curriculum & Child Support, translating priorities into practical solutions that improve educator productivity and child outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience across product management, business analysis, innovation, digital transformation, AI enablement or related disciplines.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience working with business and Technology teams on digital or AI-enabled initiatives.
• Experience governance, reporting, benefits tracking and continuous improvement.
• Experience driving product adoption and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in related disciplines; certifications in Product Management, Agile, Business Analysis, Design Thinking or Project Management advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise initiatives, assist portfolio planning, governance reviews and executive reporting.
• Prepare dashboards, governance papers and programme updates; track progress, risks, dependencies and benefits.
• Maintain product documentation, reusable templates and governance resources.
• Coordinate product discovery, requirements gathering and backlog management for Curriculum & Child Support.
• Support roadmap planning, product testing, release coordination and continuous improvement.
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements; collaborate with educators and Technology teams.
• Coordinate innovation programmes, AI adoption initiatives and capability-building activities.
• Track product adoption, user experience and business outcomes; support partnerships and external engagements.
