Job summary

NTUC First Campus seeks an experienced AI Platform Lead to define the AI roadmap and establish governance across education and operations. You will advise the CDTO and business units on AI opportunities, build MVPs, and ensure responsible AI usage.

You will lead end-to-end AI delivery, design pipelines with LLMs, RAG, and low-code integrations, and mentor the CoE team while collaborating with cross-functional partners to scale AI across NFC brands.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in technology roles with at least 3 years in AI/ML, data, or digital innovation.
• Experience delivering AI or automation solutions end-to-end.
• Experience in enterprise environments; education, social services, or consumer sectors are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Define NFC's AI roadmap aligned with digital foundation strategy and priorities.
• Establish AI governance frameworks covering ethics, privacy, model risk, and responsible use.
• Lead end-to-end AI MVP delivery with business units across NFC brands.
• Design, build, and integrate AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Drive adoption of digital foundation platforms: Work Automation, iPaaS, Low-Code.
• Mentor CoE team and partner with cross-functional teams to scale AI.
• Communicate progress and risks to senior leadership, including the CDTO.
