Job summary

NTUC First Campus Co-operative Ltd seeks an AI leader to define the AI strategy and governance, guiding the development of AI MVPs and integration across NFC brands. You will steward ethical AI adoption, collaborate with CDTO and business units, and drive alignment with the D&T digital foundation strategy.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field
• 5-8 years in technology roles with AI/ML, data, or digital innovation
• Experience delivering AI or automation solutions from concept to production
• Experience with enterprise environments; education or social services is a plus
• Experience mentoring a small technical team
• Familiarity with Python for scripting and prototyping AI solutions

Responsibilities

• Define NFC's AI roadmap aligned with digital foundation strategy and business priorities
• Establish AI governance frameworks covering ethics, data privacy, model risk, and responsible use
• Advise the CDTO and business units on AI opportunities and build vs. buy decisions
• Lead end-to-end AI MVP delivery with business units across NFC brands
• Design, build, and integrate AI solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows
• Drive adoption of NFC's digital foundation platforms: Work Automation, iPaaS, Low-Code
• Foster CoE development and mentor junior team members
• Collaborate with Tech Business Partners to shape AI demand and ensure secure, scalable solutions
