Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a Senior Technology Portfolio Lead to define and execute the multi-year roadmap and strategic vision for a critical enterprise application portfolio across regional locations.

You will direct portfolio backlog prioritization with executive stakeholders, balance feature delivery with technical debt, operational continuity and compliance, and lead cross-functional alignment across software engineering, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity and external vendor

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in application delivery or digital transformation.
Experience managing large-scale portfolios across multi-team environments.
Insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the multi-year technology roadmap for a critical enterprise application portfolio across regional locations.
Direct portfolio backlog prioritization with executive stakeholders, balancing feature delivery, technical debt mitigation, operational continuity and compliance.
Lead cross-functional alignment across software engineering, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity and external vendor partners to streamline delivery dependencies.
Define key success metrics to monitor portfolio performance, stability and delivery velocity.
