Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, BIS, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in application management, technology delivery, or digital products.
• 5+ years leading application delivery, product management, or business partnering teams.
• Proven success in developing enterprise roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing both COTS and custom-built applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud, APIs, data platforms, automation, and AI/ML.
• Demonstrated vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication.
• Strategic, results-oriented leader capable of translating goals into outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the enterprise application portfolio and roadmap.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from discovery to production support.
• Lead the Digital Business Partner team and align business & technology needs.
• Manage software engineering priorities, standards, and resource planning.
• Drive modernization, API & cloud initiatives to deliver business value.
• Manage vendors and delivery partners with governance and value delivery.
