NAT AND NAT SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Application Lead to drive its enterprise application strategy and digital transformation.

You will oversee the application portfolio across business, operations and customer-facing platforms, translating priorities into a clear roadmap and ensuring delivery and adoption. You will lead the Digital Business Partner and Software Engineering teams, partner with senior stakeholders, manage vendors, and push modernization using cloud, APIs,

Competenze

10+ years in application management, technology delivery, digital products or business systems.
5+ years in leadership managing application delivery, product management, business partnering or technology teams.
Proven experience delivering enterprise application roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
Experience managing both commercial off-the-shelf and custom-built applications.
Strong understanding of cloud, APIs, integration, data platforms, automation and AI/ML.
Strong vendor management, stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
Ability to translate business goals into practical solutions and measurable outcomes.

Mansioni

Own the enterprise application portfolio and roadmap, aligning investments with business strategy and transformation priorities.
Lead application modernisation, optimisation and lifecycle planning.
Oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring governance of scope, budgets, timelines, risks and benefits.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritise initiatives and drive user adoption.
Lead and develop the Digital Business Partner and Software Engineering teams, strengthening accountability, delivery discipline and engineering standards.
Drive modernisation and integration using cloud, APIs, automation, AI/ML and data platforms.
Ensure applications are secure, scalable, maintainable and supported effectively.
Manage vendors and delivery partners, including selection, contract governance and performance.
Provide clear portfolio insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
