Job summary

• 15+ years work experience in a Bank or Financial Institution.
• Regulatory framework and risk management expertise.
• Strong relationship management with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership with senior stakeholders.
• Credit risk management expertise for WRB.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent assessment of credit risk across portfolios and governance.
• Lead Enterprise Risk Review engagements to deliver objectives.
• Assess portfolio risk profile, governance and risk management enablers.
• Support continuous improvement of risk management processes and controls.
• Coach and mentor risk review staff and guest reviewers.
• Ensure high standards of delivery within budget.
