Job summary

Cloudflare is expanding its global network and seeks a Hybrid Full-time Infrastructure Engineer to lead datacenter provisioning, server administration, and network configuration. You will work with multiple internal teams and external partners to deploy hardware, automate repetitive tasks, and ensure robust, scalable infrastructure across 700+ locations.

You should bring strong technical skills in datacenter operations, experience with IPMI/BMC, and proficiency in Python scripting to automate

Experience in datacenter infrastructure management and operations.
Strong communication and collaboration across multiple teams.
Ability to plan and execute network and server installations in data center environments.

Responsibilities

Provisioning, monitoring and maintaining hardware, software, and network in new Cloudflare data centers.
Perform server administration tasks remotely using IPMI/BMC tools, including provisioning, monitoring and firmware updates.
Perform network configuration tasks for greenfield deployments and migrations.
Manage remote contractors for datacenter installations and upgrades, coordinating with vendors and partners.
Build automation with Python scripts to reduce repetitive work and improve efficiency.
