• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in Network Security / Technical Support.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills.
• Experience with network security products and enterprise support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers on network security and performance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues including DDoS, firewall rules, SSL/TLS, network configurations.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and troubleshooting docs.
• Advise on filtering malicious traffic using Cloudflare tools (Magic Transit, Network Firewall, WAF).
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to improve tools and products.
• Utilize generative AI and automation to accelerate root-cause analysis and response times.
