Job summary

HR Focus is seeking a network and systems support professional in Singapore to join our team. The role involves designing, deploying, configuring, and implementing network and systems solutions, and providing on-site and remote technical support for customer environments.

You'll also assist with tender submissions, prepare technical documentation, and support product evaluation and testing. A Diploma and at least 2 years of hands-on experience are required, with CCNA being a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in network/systems support or engineering.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts: switching, routing, TCP/IP.
• Exposure to Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP.
• CCNA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, deployment, configuration, and implementation of network and systems solutions.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support and troubleshooting for customer environments.
• Assist with tender submissions - technical documentation, solution proposals, and PoC setup/testing
• Support product/technology evaluation and testing
• Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and test reports
