Job summary

ADECCO Personnel PTE LTD is seeking an experienced network professional to support Huawei enterprise networking products after-sales and review network solutions for customers. You will lead project implementations and troubleshoot critical virtualized infrastructure across public, private, and hybrid clouds.

Job Description:

Responsible for Huawei enterprise networking products after-sales support and network solution reviewing.

To lead the project implementation, management, and troubleshooting of critical virtualized infrastructure in public, private and hybrid cloud environments.

Require to provide low level network solution/design to office/channel partner/key account customers.

Require to work closely with customers, engineers and regional/HQ team to address and track end-to-end project issues.

Require to work under minimum supervision to complete tasks assigned in fast-paced environment with tight schedule and with dynamic project teams which include scoping and creating technical documents (SoW, operational guide, infrastructure documentation, etc.).

To stay abreast with new technologies and product updates by regularly participating in new product education and technology training.

Require to provide guidance and implementation for hardware and software delivery and upgrade.

Require to be able to present technical solution professionally and have technical training for channel partners and customers.

Require to prepare implementation, rollback plan, call a review meeting and execute configuration requests, and network emergency handling.

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification, B. SC in computer science/engineering/telecommunication with distinction. CCIE and HCIE will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience for networking designing and maintenance in IT and cloud computing domain (Proficient in STP, VRRP, OSPF, BGP, IPSEC VPN, L2VPN, L3VPN, Multicast, IPV6, QOS, VXLAN).
• In depth knowledge of Unix operating systems (Red Hat, SuSe, etc.), and Solid knowledge in databases (Oracle).
• Preferable with after-sales experience in such as O&M and technical support work flow.
• Preferable with data center migration project experience.
• Skills required: networking such as TCP/IP, switching, routing, firewall, switch, WIFI, router, firewall, SDN technology system integration.
• Knowledge of IT servers/storage such as virtualization products (FusionSphere, VMware, and Hyper-V) and basic knowledge of the mainstream cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Ali etc.) would be an added advantage.
• Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g., CompTIA A+, HCIE/HCNP, Microsoft Certified IT Professional).
• Self-initiative to take the responsibility of task and learn new products/technologies.
• The candidate shall be adaptable and flexible to tasks or job scope being assigned. Ability to work in a team professionally and personally with different reporting schemes.
• Flexible and able to work autonomously.
• Good social, communication and presentation skills.
