Job summary

Millennium Technology Services in Singapore seeks an experienced Network Lead to head a team of engineers for enterprise campus network projects. You will drive deployment, migration, configuration, testing, production cutover and post-go-live support, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.

Install and troubleshoot Huawei/H3C devices, perform L2/L3 config (VLAN, OSPF, BGP, VRRP, ACL, NAT), and manage firmware upgrades.

Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise campus network implementation and migration experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Huawei/H3C routing, switching, firewall and wireless technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and participate in enterprise campus network deployment and migration projects.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Huawei/H3C devices and wireless solutions.
Perform L2/L3 configuration (VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, VRRP, ACL, NAT).
Execute firmware upgrades, testing, and production cutover.
Lead on-site implementation, rack & stack, and cabling.
Coordinate with customers, PMs, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
Assign tasks, mentor engineers, review deliverables, and provide guidance.
Prepare implementation docs, change records, test reports, and status updates.
Ensure compliance with network standards and security policies.
