Job summary

StarHub is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end management of enterprise mobile products including MDM. You will shape product strategy, pricing, and lifecycle plans to drive revenue and customer value across enterprise connectivity, data and roaming services.

You will work with Sales, Solutions and cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated mobile solutions, monitor market trends, and ensure robust governance and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related discipline with commercial acumen.
• 6+ years in product management, telecom or B2B tech roles.
• Experience with enterprise mobility or roaming is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage product roadmaps and lifecycle plans for enterprise mobile products and services.
• Identify market opportunities and develop new mobile products and VAS for enterprise customers.
• Drive revenue, margin and portfolio performance through pricing, packaging and commercial modelling.
• Develop differentiated enterprise mobility solutions including connectivity, data, roaming and related services.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions and other teams to support opportunities and tenders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver product initiatives and resolve issues.
• Monitor industry developments and competitor offerings to identify improvement opportunities.
• Track product and financial performance and ensure governance and documentation.
• Prepare business cases and strategic proposals to support portfolio planning.
