Job summary

StarHub is seeking a senior leader to own and govern the enterprise middleware and integration ecosystem. You will provide a common technology umbrella for BTS and non-BTS systems, ensuring secure, scalable and reusable patterns across the full lifecycle.

You will define platform roadmaps, drive adoption of reusable patterns, and partner with architecture, data, cybersecurity and service management teams to enable resilient integration and automation at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise integration, middleware or technology transformation.
• Proven experience managing enterprise integration or automation platforms in a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, workflow orchestration, RPA and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle for enterprise middleware, integration, orchestration and automation platforms.
• Maintain an enterprise view of middleware platforms, major interfaces and dependencies.
• Ensure platforms are scalable, secure and aligned to target architecture.
• Establish service ownership, support models and lifecycle controls for critical integration capabilities.
• Define standards for APIs, integration and automation; govern demand to avoid sprawl.
• Drive reuse of APIs, connectors, patterns and automation components.
• Collaborate with architecture, cybersecurity and data teams to ensure governance.
