Job summary

StarHub Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager for Enterprise Mobile to own end-to-end product management for mobile products and services including MDM and VAS across the enterprise segment. The role covers product strategy, pricing, governance and continuous service enhancement, coordinating with Sales, IS/IT, Finance and Marketing to align with business objectives and customer needs.

Qualifications

Degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, with strong commercial acumen.
At least 6 years in product management, telecommunications, enterprise mobility, roaming or related B2B roles.
Strong understanding of enterprise mobile services, mobility, roaming; EMM/MDM experience advantageous.
Experience in product lifecycle management: proposition development, pricing, portfolio management.
Strong commercial acumen translating customer and market requirements into viable propositions.
Experience with cross-functional teams in telecom or technology environments.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple products, priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage product roadmaps and lifecycle plans from concept to retirement.
Identify market opportunities and develop new mobile products and VAS for enterprise.
Drive revenue, margin and portfolio performance through pricing and packaging.
Develop differentiated mobile solutions covering enterprise connectivity, data and roaming.
Support enterprise opportunities, tenders and customer inquiries with Sales and Solutions teams.
Coordinate with Network, IT, Operations, Finance, Marketing and others to deliver initiatives.
Monitor industry developments and competitor offerings for differentiation.
Track product performance and maintain governance and controls.
Prepare business cases and management reports for portfolio planning.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
