Job summary

Singtel Group is seeking a Mobility Product Specialist in Singapore to identify, develop and close strategic enterprise opportunities. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver mobility and communications solutions, nurture key relationships and ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

You will drive new customer acquisition, upsell and cross-sell, and manage opportunities from qualification to closure, working with multiple stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, Telecommunications or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Experience in telecommunications or ICT sales is an advantage.
• Experience selling unified communications, CPaaS, mobility, IoT or managed services solutions is preferred.
• Proven ability to acquire new customers, grow existing accounts and close enterprise contracts.

Responsibilities

• Driving new customer acquisition and growing customer expenditure through upselling and cross-selling.
• Selling a broad portfolio of enterprise mobility and communications solutions.
• Building relationships with customer stakeholders to support revenue growth and account development.
• Understanding evolving customer needs through regular engagement and strategic account planning.
• Partnering with Solution Managers and product teams to develop differentiated, cost-effective solutions.
• Managing opportunities through the sales cycle from qualification to contract closure.
