StarHub Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Enterprise Mobile Product Manager to lead end-to-end lifecycle development of StarHub mobile products and services, including MDM, across enterprise mobility, roaming and value-added services.

You will shape product strategy, pricing, governance and go-to-market plans, coordinating with Sales, Solutions, Finance and IT to translate customer needs into differentiated propositions while driving portfolio growth.

Qualificações

• Degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in product management, telecommunications, enterprise mobility, roaming or related B2B technology/product roles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise mobile services, mobile connectivity and roaming; experience with EMM/MDM solutions would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle management, including proposition development, pricing, commercialisation and portfolio management.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate customer and market requirements into viable product propositions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a telecommunications or technology environment.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple products, priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Develop and manage product roadmaps, propositions and lifecycle plans for enterprise mobile products and services.
• Product Development & Innovation: Identify market opportunities and develop new mobile products, services and VAS to address evolving enterprise customer requirements and support business growth.
• Commercial & Financial Management: Drive revenue, margin and portfolio performance through pricing strategy, product packaging, commercial modelling and ongoing performance reviews.
• Enterprise Proposition Development: Develop differentiated mobile solutions covering enterprise mobile connectivity, mobile data, roaming, enterprise mobility solutions, VAS and emerging mobile service capabilities.
• Sales & Customer Support: Work closely with Sales, Solutions and other customer-facing teams to support enterprise opportunities, tenders, customer proposals and product-related enquiries.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Network, IS/IT, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Procurement and other stakeholders to deliver product initiatives and resolve service or commercial issues.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry developments, customer requirements and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.
• Product Performance & Governance: Track key product and financial performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure appropriate product documentation, governance and commercial controls.
• Business Planning & Reporting: Prepare business cases, financial assessments, management reports and strategic proposals to support portfolio planning and decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve product processes, operational efficiency, customer experience and overall portfolio profitability.
