Job summary

APAR TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise and citizen-facing digital platforms.

You will coordinate business, product, engineering, operations, cybersecurity and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery, governance and stable releases. Responsibilities include managing plans, milestones, risks and budgets, coordinating agile activities, stakeholder communications and production readiness, while supporting user education

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital product or enterprise application delivery.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, testing, deployment and production support.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent documentation, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to support planned after-hours deployments and Severity incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise and citizen-facing platforms.
• Coordinate business, product, engineering, operations, cybersecurity and vendor teams.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues and budgets.
• Oversee agile delivery activities, sprint planning, and releases.
• Ensure governance, testing and operational readiness.
• Support change management and product adoption.
• Coordinate production incidents and defect resolution.
• Prepare transition to business-as-usual support.
