Singtel Enterprise is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to translate marketing priorities into high‑impact customer engagement programmes that strengthen strategic relationships and accelerate pipeline growth.

You will connect account-level activations with senior-leader platforms such as CAC, executive roundtables and CE/CXO engagements, coordinating with Sales, CST and Enterprise Product to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
• 6-9 years in B2B customer marketing, executive engagement or events.
• Experience managing complex customer programmes end-to-end.
• Experience partnering with Sales and account teams on customer engagement.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement planning and programme delivery.
• Coordinate executive engagements, CAC sessions and industry forums.
• Plan and execute customer events, workshops and roundtables.
• Translate customer insights into GTM messaging and solutions positioning.
• Maintain governance, dashboards and trackers for engagement outcomes.
