Job summary

Terumo Asia Pacific is seeking an ICT Collaboration Platforms Specialist to lead digitalisation of business processes and workflow automation. You will partner with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, QA, Regulatory, Commercial Ops and Corporate Functions to optimise operations using SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Forms, Power Apps, Teams, and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in business process improvement, workflow automation, collaboration platforms, or digital transformation.
Strong hands-on experience with technology: SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Experience leading enterprise workflow automation projects.
Experience with low-code/no-code technologies.
Experience engaging with business stakeholders across multiple functions.
Experience designing governance and compliance frameworks. Experience supporting multiple sites, time zones and languages.
A high level of confidentiality is expected.

Responsibilities

Lead business process analysis & optimisation with stakeholder workshops and process mapping.
Design, develop, implement, and maintain workflow automation solutions across Microsoft 365.
Promote Microsoft 365 platform adoption; deliver training and knowledge sharing.
Establish metrics, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement with an automation roadmap.
