Job summary

Terumo Asia Pacific is seeking an ICT Collaboration Platforms Specialist to lead the digitalisation of business processes and automation initiatives across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, QA, Regulatory, and Commercial Operations.

You will design and implement automation using SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Forms, Power Apps, Teams, and Copilot, promote platform adoption, and establish governance for scalable enterprise collaboration.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in business process improvement, workflow automation, collaboration platforms, or digital transformation.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem including SharePoint Online and Power Automate.
Experience leading enterprise workflow automation projects.
Experience with low-code and no-code technologies.
Experience engaging with business stakeholders across multiple functions.
Experience designing governance and compliance frameworks.
Experience supporting multiple sites, time zones and languages.
High level of confidentiality expected.

Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis & Optimisation: identify, analyse, document, and optimise business processes.
Workflow Automation & Digitalisation: design, develop, implement, and maintain automation using Microsoft 365 tools.
Microsoft 365 Platform Adoption: promote adoption, deliver training, and develop reusable templates.
Continuous Improvement: establish metrics, monitor performance, and roadmap intelligent automation.
