Job summary

Palo IT Singapore is seeking a Power Platform Developer to join a small, delivery-focused team. You will build and deploy automation on Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint, surface item details for staff reviews, and manage multi‑stage approvals with vendors.

You’ll work closely with the Lead BA and stakeholders to translate requirements into auditable, maintainable solutions, delivering clean handover documentation at project end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/SE or related field.
• 2–4 years building on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficient in Power Apps (canvas/model-driven) and Power Automate.
• Strong SharePoint Online knowledge and data modelling with Dataverse.
• Experience integrating FormSG and SingPass/CorpPass.
• Good documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Power Platform automation solutions.
• Develop Power Apps forms and interfaces for staff review and approvals.
• Create Power Automate flows for multi‑stage workflows and routing.
• Configure SharePoint document libraries, metadata, and status tracking.
• Integrate FormSG and authentication into downstream processing.
• Develop reporting interfaces to query and export data.
• Implement data seeding, reconciliation, and Copilot-assisted items.
• Support external APIs for validation and anomaly checks.
• Conduct unit testing and assist UAT; resolve defects to stabilisation.
• Produce documentation and enable knowledge transfer on handover.
