Job summary

Talent First is seeking a hands-on System Analyst in Singapore to support business systems, streamline processes, and drive automation across the organisation. You will collaborate with multiple business teams to identify inefficiencies, optimize workflows, support ERP operations, and develop practical digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Python.

Qualifications

3–5 years experience in business systems, application support or ERP.
Hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps).
Familiarity with SharePoint and workflow/form automation.
Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite exposure is a plus.
Python scripting for automation, data analysis or integration.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with methodical investigation.
Ability to gather requirements from business users and translate to solutions.
Experience in retail, F&B, distribution or multi-outlet operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Design and implement workflow automation and internal applications using Power Platform and SharePoint.
Provide day-to-day ERP system support including troubleshooting and testing.
Support NetSuite operations and ERP enhancement projects.
Review business and supply chain processes to identify gaps and improvements.
Investigate issues and perform root-cause analysis.
