Job summary

Terumo Asia Pacific is seeking an ICT Collaboration Platforms Specialist to lead the digitalisation of business processes and automation initiatives across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, QA, Regulatory, and Commercial Operations.

You will design and implement automation using SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Forms, Power Apps, Teams, and Copilot, promote platform adoption, and establish governance for scalable enterprise collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business process improvement, workflow automation, collaboration platforms, or digital transformation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem including SharePoint Online and Power Automate.
• Experience leading enterprise workflow automation projects.
• Experience with low-code and no-code technologies.
• Experience engaging with business stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Experience designing governance and compliance frameworks.
• Experience supporting multiple sites, time zones and languages.
• High level of confidentiality expected.

ICT Collaboration Platforms Specialist

The ICT Collaboration Platforms Specialist will lead Terumo Asia Pacific's business process digitalisation and workflow automation agenda by partnering with business functions to identify, redesign, standardise, and automate business processes. This role will serve as a bridge between business and technology, working directly with associates across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Operations, and Corporate Functions to improve operational efficiency through workflow automation and digital collaboration platforms. Leveraging Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, Teams, and AI-enabled capabilities, the role will deliver measurable productivity improvements, strengthen compliance and governance and reduce manual effort. The role will also establish governance standards for workflow automation, reduce reliance on external developers, and build sustainable internal capabilities for enterprise collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Process Analysis & Optimisation

   • Partner with business stakeholders to identify, analyse, document, and optimise business processes.
   • Facilitate process discovery workshops and process mapping sessions.
   • Challenge existing workflows and identify opportunities for simplification and standardisation.
   • Develop future-state business process designs aligned to operational excellence objectives.
   • Establish enterprise process documentation standards.

2. Workflow Automation & Digitalisation

   • Design, develop, implement, and maintain workflow automation solutions using: SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled capabilities where applicable.
   • Automate business processes, including: Onboarding and Offboarding Approval Workflows, Document control workflows, Information Gathering (online forms).
   • Continuously identify automation opportunities across Terumo Asia Pacific (TAP) entities.

3. Microsoft 365 Platform Adoption

   • Promote adoption and best practices for Microsoft collaboration technologies.
   • Deliver user training, awareness programs, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
   • Create reusable templates and automation frameworks.
   • Develop power-user communities within TAP.

4. Continuous Improvement

   • Establish automation and productivity metrics.
   • Monitor workflow performance and business outcomes.
   • Drive ongoing optimisation of deployed solutions.
   • Create a roadmap for intelligent automation and AI-enabled workflows.
