Job summary

Arta Finance is seeking an experienced IT/technical project manager in Singapore to drive delivery end to end for enterprise partnerships. You will coordinate internal and partner teams, manage dependencies, and keep timelines intact.

You'll raise risks early, push for clarity when scope is unclear, and maintain a visible plan with logs. A background in wealthtech or fintech is a plus, with familiarity in Linear or Jira.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT or technical project management, ideally on enterprise or B2B software delivery.
• Experience managing external partner or vendor relationships alongside internal delivery teams.
• Good judgment on scope: push back for clarity and make calls when needed.
• Clear communicator who talks to engineers and business stakeholders in their terms.
• Organized enough to run several workstreams at once without losing track.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery end to end for one or more B2B partner engagements from kickoff through launch and post-launch support.
• Build and maintain the project plan, track milestones, and spot dependencies before blockers.
• Coordinate across internal and external teams and run status updates and steering meetings with leadership and partner counterparts.
• Raise delays, unclear scope, or risks as soon as you see them, and push back for clarity when needed.
• Maintain a project tracker, decision log, and open issues list that anyone can check.
