Job summary

Evolution Recruitment Solutions PTE. LTD. seeks an Enterprise Architect to drive architecture governance and align change initiatives with roadmaps. You will collaborate with Domain Architects to apply standards, develop reference architectures, and communicate vision to stakeholders.

Lead with platform thinking, provide forward-looking technology insights, and maintain governance processes and tools, with JIRA familiarization as a core workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Independent, quick learner and good team player.
• Strong English communication with stakeholders.
• Experience using JIRA (≥2 years) and openness to Kibana/Elastic.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving.
• Willingness to learn and solve problems with a results focus.
• Strong negotiation, time management and multi-tasking.
• Ability to drive consensus among stakeholders with differing views.
• Capability to identify patterns across unrelated situations.

Responsibilities

• Participating in defining and operating the architecture governance process.
• Work with Domain Architects to apply principles and develop reference architectures.
• Communicate principles, standards, vision and roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on technologies and enterprise impact.
• Maintain and improve governance tools and workflows, using JIRA.
• Embed Platform Thinking in everything.
