Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of technology experience in enterprise architecture or related advisory roles.
• Experience reviewing roadmaps, reference architectures, and technology standards.
• Strong understanding of non-functional requirements including security and resilience.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Experience with cloud platforms, SaaS, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and communicate enterprise architecture principles, standards, reference architectures, patterns, and roadmaps.
• Assess whether proposed technology designs align with business strategy and target-state architecture.
• Review current-state architecture across applications, data, integration, infrastructure, cloud, operations, and security.
• Guide target-state architecture and transition roadmaps to support modernization and interoperability.
• Lead architecture governance through design reviews, gates, standards enforcement, and decision records.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify capability gaps and governance exceptions.
• Provide architecture guidance to solution/domain architects and engineering teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and vendor solutions for enterprise fit and value.
• Ensure architecture decisions support security, privacy, resilience, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Embed required controls with cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and data governance teams.
