Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Domain Architect to lead enterprise architecture initiatives in Singapore. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps, ensure alignment with business goals, and govern architectural decisions across multiple domains.

The role emphasizes delivering mission-critical IT solutions, guiding architecture choices, and maintaining strong design principles to reduce complexity and cost while enabling scalable capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of overall experience.
• Experience in technical domain architect roles is highly advantageous.
• Experience delivering mission-critical, enterprise-scale IT solutions (in-house and vendor products).
• Familiarity with formal architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, BIAN, etc.).
• Hands-on data modelling, object modelling and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Develop practical domain roadmaps with stakeholders to move toward the future state vision.
• Analyze requirements, current state architecture and gaps to craft a future state architecture vision for parts of the enterprise.
• Review design, incidents and tickets to propose resolutions aligned with the domain roadmap.
• Guide projects on architecture and design decisions; govern technical debt of the domain.
• Review non-functional requirements and propose changes to anticipate evolving needs.
• Develop architecture principles and standards for consistency across domains.
• Communicate principles, standards, vision and roadmaps to stakeholders and address questions proactively.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT to define and deliver high-quality solutions.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Working closely with stakeholders to develop practical domain roadmaps to move the enterprise towards the future state vision, while considering business, technical and delivery constraints


• Analyzing stakeholder requirements, current state architecture, and gaps to create a future state architecture vision for one or more parts of the enterprise with a focus on reduced complexity, cost efficiencies, reuse, reduced risk and/or improved business capabilities


• Reviewing application design, problem ticket and incident to propose short term and long term resolution to fit with the domain roadmap.


• Guiding and challenge the project on architecture and design decision Governing the technical debt of the domain


• Reviewing non-functional requirement and proposed architecture changes to anticipate evolving non-functional requirements


• Developing architecture principles and standards


• Communicating the principles, standards, vision and roadmaps to stakeholders and proactively addressing any questions / concerns identified


• Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in both business and IT to assist in defining and delivering high quality solutions.

Skills/Requirement

• At least 10 years or overall experience.


• Worked in technical domain architect role will be huge advantage


• Experience in delivering mission critical, enterprise scale IT solutions, both in-house built and 3rd party vendor products


• Familiarity with one or more formal Architecture frameworks / methodologies (TOGAF, Zachman, BIAN, etc.)


• Practical experience in data modelling, object modelling, design patterns and Enterprise Architecture tool or other software modelling tools.


• Familiarity with heterogeneous technology platforms such as Unix/Linux, Windows


• Familiarity with best practice methodologies and tools for the entire solution lifecycle from ideation to requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and operations
