Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD seeks an Enterprise Architect to drive technology architecture, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives. • 2-3 years in cloud-based architecture and design across major cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, Alibaba).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, frameworks and best practices.
• Align technology solutions with business objectives across multiple teams.
• Design and review system architectures for performance, scalability, reliability and security.
• Evaluate emerging tech and conduct PoCs.
• Support cloud adoption, application modernisation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to enterprise IT roadmaps and technology strategies.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.

My client is seeking an Enterprise Architect to drive enterprise technology architecture, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to develop technology roadmaps, enhance system performance, and ensure IT solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Work with business and technical teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Design and review system architectures to ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) to assess their suitability.
• Support cloud adoption, application modernisation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to enterprise IT roadmaps, technology strategies, and implementation plans.
• Identify technical risks, resolve system issues, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, project teams, and senior stakeholders across multiple projects.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant IT experience, including 4-5 years working with enterprise-level systems.
• 2-3 years of experience in cloud-based application architecture, design, implementation, or support.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Alibaba Cloud.
• Good understanding of modern web technologies, software development lifecycle, and project management principles.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Kubernetes, Kafka, microservices architecture, cybersecurity, AI/ML, Big Data, DevOps, or serverless computing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work collaboratively, take ownership, and adapt to changing business and technology needs.

• Location: Central
• Working hours: 5 Days
• Salary: up to S$9,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
