Achieve Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect for a leading multinational in Singapore. The role shapes enterprise-wide architecture, drives cloud adoption, and guides digital transformation to ensure scalable, secure systems.

You will develop architecture frameworks, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and lead POCs for new technologies. A strong background in cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/Alibaba), Kubernetes, microservices, and DevOps is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 8+ years in technology, software engineering or enterprise IT.
• 2–3+ years in architecture design or cloud-based apps at scale.
• Strong understanding of EA, solution design, cloud and distributed systems.
• Familiar with Kubernetes, Kafka, Microservices, DevOps, AI/ML or Big Data.
• Experience with Azure, GCP or Alibaba Cloud.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance enterprise architecture frameworks, standards and best practices to support business and technology objectives.
• Assess existing technology environments and recommend architectural improvements to enhance system performance, scalability, security and reliability.
• Drive cloud adoption, application modernisation and technology transformation initiatives across the organisation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) to assess their suitability for enterprise adoption.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical recommendations to project teams and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior management, technical teams and external partners to align technology solutions with business requirements.
• Contribute to the development of enterprise IT roadmaps, technology strategies and architecture governance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and promote engineering excellence across the organisation.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in technology, software engineering or enterprise IT environments.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in architecture design, implementation or support of large-scale cloud-based applications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, solution design, cloud technologies and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with modern technologies such as Kubernetes, Kafka, Microservices Architecture, DevOps, AI/ML or Big Data.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform or Alibaba Cloud.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
