Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Consulting Account Lead Manager to build and coach a high-performing CAL team focused on enterprise AI transformation. You will move beyond account ownership to manage a portfolio's strategic health, acting as executive trusted advisors to C-suite executives and guiding multi-year roadmaps aligned with Google Cloud and AI strategies.

The role involves on-site work approximately 50% of the time, leading transformation journeys across strategic accounts and ensuring value

Qualifications

• Leadership experience directing teams of professionals in consulting or delivery.
• Experience driving technology transformation for enterprises.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI or cloud-based programs.
• Familiarity with virtualization or cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Build, coach, and lead a high-performing CAL team delivering enterprise AI transformation.
• Guide multi-year roadmaps aligning Google Cloud and AI with customer objectives.
• Ensure execution with governance and risk mitigation across accounts.
• Serve as a senior liaison between CAL team and Google Cloud leadership (PSO, TAM, Eng, Sales).
• Secure resources and cross-functional support to unblock delivery.
