Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking an Infrastructure Lead (Google Cloud Platform) to lead and implement cloud architectures on GCP, focusing on design, deployments, automation, and security. The role requires deep GCP expertise and an ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.

The incumbent will manage large-scale enterprise projects, mentor teams, and ensure alignment with contractual obligations while continuously improving service delivery and reporting to directors.

Qualifications

• Mandatory – Hold one or more professional Google Cloud certifications.
• 5+ years hands-on with GKE, Cloud Build and related CI/CD tools.
• 5+ years Python and Shell scripting experience.
• Strong exposure to AI technologies and LLM optimization is a plus.
• Experience leading large enterprise projects ($5m) locally, preferably with SI company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement cloud architecture solutions on GCP.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Align operation and maintenance with contractual obligations.
• Provide end-to-end service accountability.
• Report escalations to the client and deliver KPI reports.
• Develop new processes to improve service delivery.
• Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes and actions.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion with Account Manager.
• Cultivate industry partnerships and developer communities.
• Provide strong leadership to project and application teams.
• Demonstrate team synergy and proactive attitude.
