Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking an AI Customer Engineer to partner with technical sales teams, accelerate AI adoption, and deliver customer-focused, technically grounded solutions. You will prototype and demo AI-driven workloads, engage with executives and engineers, and help shape product direction through field feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of cloud native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience architecting AI-enabled solutions using agents with enterprise data sources (RAG, Text-to-SQL, semantic search).

Responsibilities

• Drive technical solutions for complex AI workloads to ensure rapid adoption across the sales cycle.
• Provide deep technical consultation and build reusable assets with the Go-To-Market team.
• Document and prioritize customer feature requests with Product and Engineering teams.
• Travel to customer sites and events as required, representing Google Cloud publicly.
