CLaaS2SaaS is seeking a Business Development Manager to guide individuals toward ideal digital careers and upskill them for the AI era. You will provide consultative needs-based selling and career consultation to help clients pursue the best suited digital careers and acquire necessary digital skills.

You will collaborate with marketing to generate leads and connect with delivery and talent management teams to ensure skill acquisition and future-ready careers are fulfilled.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B ICT/Software sales.
• Experience in consultative selling and engaging key stakeholders in organisation.
• Positive mindset towards personal growth and career development for people you engage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree graduate.
• Passionate about upskilling advocacy.
• Good English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns to outreach to the desired target audience.
• Provide career consultation and consultative needs-based selling to guide individuals to pursue the best digital career and acquire the digital skills needed.
• Upkeep the sales activities and conversion ratio to achieve the sales target set.
