Job summary

ECLOUDVALLEY TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an AI Team Lead - ASEAN to drive GTM for enterprise AI products and tailored solutions. You will bridge AI innovation with commercial execution, coordinating launches and ROI messaging while coordinating with engineering and commercial teams to accelerate adoption.

You will manage mini P&L performance, develop high-impact sales enablement toolkits, and lead webinars, workshops, and campaigns to grow the pipeline across AI products and services.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in GTM, Product Marketing, or Commercial Enablement within Enterprise AI/SaaS/Cloud ecosystems.
• Experience in executing AI product and solution launches and creating high-converting enablement materials.
• Strong understanding of mini P&L management, revenue forecasting, and pricing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; Mandarin is a plus for regional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end AI GTM plans for enterprise AI products and tailored AI solutions, including segmentation and ROI messaging.
• Manage mini P&L for AI products/solutions and monitor revenue targets, margins, and expenses.
• Develop and maintain high-impact AI GTM collateral and enablement tools; run enablement sessions for sales and partner channels.
• Collaborate with FDEs, AI Engineers, Product, and Sales to refine value propositions and drive POCs and enterprise proposals.
• Track post-launch adoption metrics, pipeline growth, and closed-won metrics to refine GTM assets.
