Job summary

Synvo AI PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development Lead to accelerate commercial growth of its enterprise memory platform across Southeast Asia and beyond.

The role targets medium to large enterprises and involves building strategic relationships with customers, system integrators, technology partners, and ecosystem stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, or AI solutions, demonstrates strong consultative selling, manages complex B2B sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise BD or account management.
• Experience selling B2B software, SaaS, AI, cloud or digital transformation.
• Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation.
• Ability to communicate technical value to executives.
• Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills.
• Startup-friendly, self-motivated with high ownership.
• Willing to grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise BD activities across medium and large enterprises in target industries.
• Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline from lead generation through negotiation and contract execution.
• Identify customer pain points and translate business challenges into AI-powered enterprise solutions.
• Drive consultative solution selling involving enterprise AI agents and knowledge management.
• Build strategic partnerships with system integrators, software vendors, hardware manufacturers, cloud providers, and AI ecosystem partners.
• Prepare customer proposals, executive presentations, business cases, and commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with founders to refine ICP, pricing, packaging and go-to-market approach.
• Work with product/engineering to translate market needs into roadmap priorities.
• Represent Synvo AI at industry events and ecosystems.
• Develop repeatable sales playbooks and scalable commercial processes.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasting, and revenue projections.
