Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is hiring an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge proprietary foundation models with real-world enterprise adoption in Singapore.

You will embed with strategic clients to build production-grade, business-critical applications powered by native models. You’ll customize model behavior, optimize inference architectures, design complex RAG and agentic workflows, and build high-throughput data pipelines inside client environments, while coordinating with internal research

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software or ML engineering.
• Strong fundamentals in Transformer models, context windows, and embeddings.
• Proficient in Python, Rust, Go, or C++ with ML frameworks like PyTorch.
• Experience with large-scale data processing, cloud platforms, and containerization.
• Able to communicate complex model concepts to clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise AI Integration: embed with client teams to design and deploy applications on foundation models.
• Applied Model Optimization: customize model behavior and optimize inference for domains.
• Architecture & Orchestration: build multi-step agentic workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines.
• Production-Grade Engineering: develop scalable inference endpoints and data pipelines within client environments.
• Research-to-Field Feedback: relay operational challenges to model research teams for improvement.
• Technical Leadership: lead discovery sessions and ensure AI safety, security, and compliance standards.
