Job summary

Meta is seeking an Account Executive to help businesses build and scale AI-powered products using the Muse Spark AI API. You will own customer relationships from prospecting through conversion and expansion, partnering with Solutions Architects, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to drive adoption and sustained API consumption.

This role requires 8+ years in B2B technology sales, experience managing complex deals, and the ability to translate AI capabilities into business value for both

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B technology sales experience selling enterprise software, cloud platforms, developer tools, or API-based products.
• Experience owning a sales target and meeting or exceeding revenue or consumption goals through new customer acquisition and account expansion.
• Experience managing sales cycles and complex agreements with multiple stakeholders, including executives, engineering, and procurement.
• Experience translating technical capabilities into business value and presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience partnering with Solutions Architects, Sales Engineers, or equivalent technical teams.
• Experience developing account plans, managing pipeline, and using data to prioritize opportunities and assess risk.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience adhering to responsible, ethical AI practices and integrating AI tools to improve research, outreach, and planning.
• Experience converting pilots into paid deployments and expanding usage across workloads.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships from prospecting through commercial conversion and expansion.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to guide model evaluations and move pilots to production.
• Translate AI capabilities into measurable business value and drive adoption across workloads.
• Build repeatable sales motions and account plans for enterprise AI products.
