Windsor Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is recruiting a Head of Admissions & Marketing for a long-established K12 international school. The role offers autonomy to shape the brand, enrolment, and marketing strategy with direct access to a progressive board.

Reporting to the executive board, you will own the full family journey from enquiry to enrolment, manage campaigns, and optimise conversions while partnering with school leadership.

• Own the school’s brand and full family journey from enquiry through enrolment and retention.
• Set and deliver an integrated marketing and admissions strategy spanning brand and digital campaigns, enquiry conversion, open houses, and the offer process.
• Track pipeline and conversion data to direct spend where it works.
• Partner with school leadership so families experience what was promised at enquiry.
• Represent the school at community and industry events across Singapore.
