Qualifications

• Diploma holder with relevant education.
• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in EC industry.
• Willing to work weekends to support parent visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management & Conversion: Engage leads via calls, walk-ins, and inquiries; build rapport and drive conversions.
• Centre Tours & Sales Closure: Conduct tours, present curriculum and programmes, close enrolments with follow-ups.
• Customer Experience Excellence: Deliver premium interactions, timely follow-ups, and build long-term parent relationships.
• Brand Representation: Represent the centre brand and ensure messaging aligns with brand values.
• Performance & Targets: Achieve targets for lead-to-visit conversion, show-ups, and enrolments; track outcomes.
