Job summary

BlueTree Education Learning Centre is seeking an Enrolment Officer in Singapore to handle enquiries, recommend suitable programmes, and guide parents through the enrolment process. You will work with leads and the academic team to ensure smooth conversions and class scheduling.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with parents, handling follow-ups, and achieving enrolment targets, with a focus on providing excellent customer service in the education sector.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, business development, education, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with confidence speaking to parents.
• Customer-focused with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable with sales conversations, follow-ups, and working towards targets.

Responsibilities

• Attend to enrolment enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins and online leads.
• Understand parents’ needs and recommend suitable programmes, classes and schedules.
• Call and follow up with leads provided by the company and guide parents through enrolment.
• Follow up with trial students and prospective customers to support conversion and enrolment.
• Build rapport and maintain good relationships with parents and students.
• Coordinate class availability, trial arrangements, and enrolments with centre and academic teams.
