Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking a result-driven Recruitment Specialist to drive end-to-end hiring processes. You will source, screen, shortlist, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard new hires.

You will act as the main liaison between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring alignment on role requirements and expectations. This role focuses on engineering/technical positions with strong hiring-market insights.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM/Business Admin or related field.
• 1–3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in RPO or agency KPI setting.
• Knowledge of employment laws, fair hiring, and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews and offers with stakeholders and candidates.
• Specialize in engineering/technical roles and understand related hiring challenges.
• Maintain/update candidate databases and create postings on multiple platforms.
• Provide weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards and hiring metrics.
