Job summary

Abbott Manufacturing Singapore (AMS) is seeking an Engineering Scheduler to lead maintenance planning for Tuas-based operations. You will build annual maintenance and project plans, manage downtime budgets, and ensure timely, safe execution of activities.

You will use MAXIMO to allocate resources, create weekly schedules, and generate performance reports in Cognos, collaborating with operations in a GMP-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in pharma/food/petrochemical plants.
• Bachelor’s in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or Diploma with relevant experience.
• Experience with MAXIMO and ability to generate reports.
• Strong communication and independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop yearly maintenance and project plan including downtime budget.
• Align yearly plan with production and discuss weekly.
• Create weekly schedule using Ready backlog and available hours; adjust as needed.
• Maintain GMP and safety compliance while scheduling.
• Act as Maximo scheduling Super User and generate Cognos reports.
• Track and report weekly/monthly maintenance performance.
