Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of practical maintenance experience in a Pharmaceutical, Food, or Petrochemical Plant, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Knowledge in Project Management skills.
• Experience in maintenance planning and execution will be a plus.
• Experience with MAXIMO system.

Responsibilities

• Set up yearly maintenance and projects plan (including downtime budget).
• Align yearly plan with production.
• Develop the weekly schedule from planner backlog and available hours, adjusting as needed.
• Discuss and align maintenance planning with operations at least weekly.
• Freeze weekly maintenance plan and communicate to stakeholders.
• Review adherence to weekly maintenance plans with stakeholders and reschedule non-adherences accordingly.
• Ensure work order resources in MAXIMO are reflected accurately and act as Maximo Super User for scheduling workflows.
• Generate scheduling reports using Cognos Super User capabilities.
• Keep equipment maintained with minimal impact to production uptime.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize maintenance execution windows and track progress with stakeholders.
• Track and report weekly/monthly maintenance planning performance metrics.
