Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in engineering program management or equivalent technical delivery roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience delivering complex programs across the full SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale engineering programs from concept through launch.
• Partner with engineering, product, design, and stakeholders to define scope, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Drive execution across the full software development lifecycle and manage risks.
• Engage in technical problem solving, review designs, and unblock delivery when needed.
