Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience in production.
• Proven track record delivering complex, scalable systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Java with OO design skills.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in CS/Math or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers building distributed, secure systems at global scale.
• Drive technical strategy and influence architecture, design, and execution.
• Partner with product teams to translate needs into robust, extensible systems.
• Inspire a team, champion best practices, and mentor engineers.
