Qualifications

• 7–12 years of software engineering experience.
• Proven track record of leading & delivering complex products.
• Experience with modern full-stack web technologies on Next.js/React.js/Nuxt/Vue.js and backend Java/TypeScript/Node.js/Golang.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional squads of Engineers, PMs, and Designers to solicit requirements and deliver solutions.
• Lead technical design and architecture ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
• Mentor and uplift product engineering competencies.
• Establish coding standards and development processes.
• Identify and resolve technical debt and risks while balancing features.
• Drive adoption of up-to-date technologies and tools in the software lifecycle.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies with technical/product context and unblock blockers.
