Qualifications

• Experience leading large software teams with end-to-end ownership.
• Hands-on across the tech stack: infra, client, backend, data.
• Strong in modern web technologies and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define engineering vision and roadmap aligned with goals.
• Architect, implement, and deliver multiple products.
• Maintain high-availability systems and scale them.
• Guide performance reviews, mentoring, and growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize roadmaps.
• Lead recruitment for senior engineering roles.
