Michael Page is seeking a seasoned Software Lead in Singapore to lead and mentor software development teams, overseeing planning, execution and delivery of projects across the full SDLC.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, ensure scalable, high-quality solutions, and drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. A track record of 5+ years in software development and team leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• Has around 5 years of working experience in software development and team management.
• Strong technical expertise in relevant programming languages and frameworks such as TypeScript, C# or Java
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software development teams to achieve project goals.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
